Determining the purpose of your upcoming purchase is key to finding the right property in the best location. Begin by identifying whether you are looking for  a new home, an investment opportunity, or a location to build. We can then put together the criteria to best meet your needs and begin your search. 

Search For Properties

Once we establish the types of properties you are looking for, you will receive electronic access to a property portal with listings that match your criteria made available to you as soon as they are first listed. 

The Transaction

In addition to setting up socially distanced viewings of every property you may be interested in, I will digitally prepare and submit offers on your behalf. Once we are in contract, I will facilitate and guide the transaction to its successful completion. You will have full access to my wide network of vendors to complete inspections and any necessary repairs.

Common Questions

It is best to be pre-qualified with a trusted lender or have your funds made available before beginning your property search. This will not only give you an idea of how much you can comfortably afford, but also allow you to act quickly in case you do find the ideal property. 

The answer will vary widely depending on your financial situation and personal preference. Ideally, selling your current home prior to purchasing a new one will put you in a stronger bargaining position when submitting offers since your offer will not be contingent upon the sale of your current house. We can discuss your unique situation and create a plan!

My services are free to you when purchasing a home. Typically in California, the seller pays real estate commissions.
